We've been working for some time on solving the problem of cutting awkwardly shaped things on a board, especially if they contain juice, and the result is our CleverCut Chopping Board. The sloped cutting surface on one end helps to drain and collect juices, which can then be poured through the built in spout. The large flat cutting surface at the other end works for all types of food preparation, and the side walls hold round objects in place for safe and easy cutting. Made from odour resistant, non-porous, durable polypropylene, with non-slip feet, and all dishwasher safe. Available in red, green or grey.
