Celebrating the skills of traditional wok makers, our 12″/30cm flat bottom craft wok has been hand hammered with a Chinese traditional cold working technique. This technique has been used for thousands of years and the dimples it produces optimise heat retention and thorough, even heating. The wok is ideal for curries and stir-frying and gives true caramelised flavour. Requires seasoning before first use. Not suitable for use in dishwasher - please dry wok on the hob so it is bone dry before storing, otherwise it will rust. Round bottom suitable for modern hobs with the use of a wok ring.
