A versatile piece of muslin that is traditionally used for straining jellies and wrapping the orange pith and pips when you're making marmalade. You can also use it for making up bouquet garnis, wrapping a pudding for steaming, making curd cheese, decanting and straining vintage red wine or port and much more. To use simply cut the size you require out of this large piece of fabric. The overall fabric size is 90cm x 99cm (36 x 39 inches) and is made from 100% cotton. Washable and reusable.
